Would it be so bad...
to eat a tuna sandwich for lunch? I am thinking of going to subway and getting a tuna sandwich toasted..I'm really craving it..I haven't had it once since I've been pregnant. I just don't know if it's worth it because then I will get paranoid after I eat it

It's fine.
My OB said everything in moderation, and honestly, once I was diagnosed with hyperemsis, allll the rules went out the window.

Its really up to you.
I ate tuna a few times during my pregnancy with no remorse. I also ate cold cuts, hot dogs, etc... Tuna is fine in moderation

I think its fine in moderation.
I never knew so many people liked tuna, ham sandwiches, turkey cold cuts etc till i read this board....I feel like the weirdo for not loving these things

Tuna is fine if you only have it once a week or so. I've eaten tons of tuna sandwiches since I've been pregnant. It was my one craving during my first trimester.

you're allowed to eat tuna as long as it's not 3 times a week! just like everyone is so scared of lunch meat, you heat it up and it's perfectly healthy. i eat turkey & cheese about 3 times a week and my baby is fine! if one person had some reaction to a food, it's a law to "warn" people about it. they could get sued if they didn't. everything is fine in moderation. go have a glass of wine while you're at it too! it's good for you

Tuna is ok once per week. My OB basically told me if I have one can of Tuna that is my fish consumption for the entire week.

I had a tuna melt today and loved every bite! I'm just going to cut back but I don't think a sandwich here and there is a problem, that's just my attitude though.
