Depends on what theme. The only real theme I've ever seen there is wedding or baby shower oriented.

I think Party City is better for this. Michael's probably just has wedding and baby shower themed stuff.

I agree with the other posters - they don't have these things and you are better at a Party City or something.
you might want to check some grocery stores - they have this stuff too

I was just asking cuz someone just gave me a GC to Michaels for my birthday and I hardly ever go to Michaels so I wasn't sure what to buy and I thought that maybe they would have party stuff...
