Would this dress look ok with Black shoes?
I am having a hard time finding the right shade of pink that aren't an arm and a leg. She will most likely only wear this dress once, so would black patent leather be ok with white tights? At least she would get more use out of them.

I wouldn't pair it with gray tights, but black shoes would be fine.
When is she wearing it? Does she need tights, or can she do socks?

When/where will she be wearing it? I think with stockings (white?) and black patent leather shoes it wiil look nice....However, what about silver shoes?
I found these at Zappos, but they are $$$ but maybe you can find something similar for less $...
