go back to an agency you absolutely loved if it meant a slight pay-cut and longer commute?
Especially if you weren't really crazy about current employer/job.

yes - assuming the commute wasn't an absolute killer.
I have taken a pay cut before and it was the best decision I made! I loved the job - and it opened other doors for me in my career.
