Re: Would you buy a used glider?

What the PP said. I got a brand new one, and have barely used it at all with DS. It basically sits in the corner of my bedroom untouched.

Re: Would you buy a used glider?

Yes, but I would reupholster the cushion on it. I stalked craigslist for weeks and found a few in nice condition that we considered (MIL would have reupholstered it for us), but we finally decided to use our gift cards plus the 15% off and 10% off coupons we had to buy a new one from BRU. We use our A LOT!

I would and did buy a glider from craigs list. $50 and looks like it has never been used. Works for me!

I would definitely buy a used glider off of craigslist. You can always just reupholster it. I was stalking craigslist for a while but we just wound up buying a new one from BBB because DH fell in love with it.

Yes I would and I just did.

Dutailier glider for $75 on craigslist. Came from a smoke-free home.

Is it exactly what I wanted? No. But I can't justify spending hundreds of dollars on a glider that I may or may not use.

Re: Would you buy a used glider?

We found a great one on craigslist for $30! (with the ottoman) All we're doing are giving it a good wipedown and either getting new cushions or reupholstering the old ones.
