I just got a bunch of things from people for DS for this summer. I had to go return everything.

I have a 4y/o party today. Her mom told me she needed clothes and told me 4T in clothes or a 3T in sundress. I went to the gap and felt funny buying summer clothes. I bought a really cute fall outfit jeans and a button down. JMO

I was a little bummed that my DC got quite a few summer clothes that just fit him for his birthday recently. I appreciate the thought but not realistic I think hence why I made the thread. He even got sandals. But I am going to donate them to my local church

As a mother of an August baby AND as a August bday myself, I say Fall.
Even though here in Texas is warmer longer, I'd still like the versatility of Fall clothes. A pair of capri and a light weight short sleeved shirt can go a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG way!
Haha oddly enough I have AJ in a very thin short sleeved shirt day with some medium thickness capri!  So that could be why I'm saying it.
Jeans are always a win for me. Can be worn fall and winter and even spring!
I would be sorta  if I got sundresses for AJ for her bday. It seems like a waste. HOWEVER, I have had smart people give me nice sundresses with a really cute matching long sleeve or think short sleeve that goes well UNDER it. I used that with some jeans for some cooler days and made those items stretch!
