Yes. And I did. Because using my first name wasn't the most original. Although I get FM's from people I thought I "knew" addressing me as "Eva" now.

I've thought about changing my name because I'm such a dissapointment when people meet me. They expect to see a diva and instead they see someone that just rolled out of bed. Maybe i should change it to rollouttabed.
