Would you do a picture collage on this wall, with pics..UPDATED with another question on bottom of thread
Sorry it is messy, but this is my foyer. Do you think think it would be odd to hang some pictures in that space? Image Attachment(s):

I love photo collages, but I am too afraid to do it, because I wouldn't trust myself to hang them all straight. Pottery Barn has a system, but it is $$$$!

In our previous home I did it along the stair case and it came out really nice. PB actually had a pamphlet that showed you how to do and it was perfect. I know I picked it up at the PB store. Maybe they still have them. I think West Elm might have something similar on there website.

are you talking about the wall to the right of the desk, or the wall going up the stairs?
IMO, if its the wall to the right of the desk, it's too small for a collage of photos - i'd just hang one frame there. Maybe you could buy one of those frames that has a collage matte already in it?
i think you need more space to do the collage.. it would be too cluttered if you did it on that wall.

I agree. Up the stairs would work though!
Totally agree with these posters. I think the wall to the right is a little too small for that personally. But the other wall to the left would look really nice.

Thanks everyone.
The wall I was talking about was to the right of the piece of furniture. I was thinking maybe only a few small picture frames, but I think you guys are right, it will look cluttered.
Here is another question for you...
Here is my stairway and hall way.
The stairway on the left I have 3 pictures of the kids up there and then on the orange wall I started a picture wall. I was thinking of taking the pictures down on the orange wall and just do the stairway. Then do maybe some sort of art work on the orange wall. Do you think I should add pictures on the right stairway (the one you see in the first picture)?
