W T F is the point of that. The Progressive commercial was fine without that annoying chick. It is right up there with the caffeinated Cheerleader from the old T-Mobile commercials

I once heard that commercials are made louder so you can still hear them from the kitchen

i HATE that line. it makes no sense to me... like she's saying, OMG i love progressive more than you!! what an odd thing to put in a commercial.

or the crapper. Any more than 20% louder on network is against FCC regulations. I know I am a geek
