Yeah but you will probably spend another $100,000 to fix it up. I dont like when there are no inside pics, never a good sign, IMO.

and, i could be wrong - but aren't some areas of lake ronkonkoma not so great. could be in one of those areas.

It looks familiar though and I think this is on an ok street but it is "good" and there is NO pictures.
You probably have to rip down the house and start over!

From the map, I think that this house is in a pretty nice spot. I don't know the block but it is not far from streets that I do know that are very nice. "As is" has to drive the price way down!!!

Actually I live 2 blocks from the house and it's located in a very nice area. Quiet streets by the lake. And I was very surprised to see it listed as "AS IN CONDITION". They just re-did the outside of the house about a year or two ago. Maybe they didn't have the money to finish the inside. But if they have an open house...I will be sure to go by and take a peak.
