WW ? - Building Recipes versus just putting the ingredients in your traceker
I just had lunch and built a recipe with the ingredients I used and my coworker who had the same lunch just added the indvidual ingredients.
My recipe came out to 3 points higher than hers even though we put the same exact thing.
what gives?
