WW
In a previous post, I need to lose about 30 lbs but can't afford WW. I'm a SAHM. I know it's on an individual basis and points but can you girls post your daily menu. I'm going to try to make up a menu.
TIA

Re: WW
Why not try a site like sparkpeople?
Its free, and they'll give you a calorie range that will help you lose weight.

Re: WW
I do WW online but am probably going to cancel it soon because we need to save some money. I joined www.myfitnesspal.com and I like it so far. It's free, which is great.

Re: WW
Have you considered tracking your calories and macronutrients. It is helpful when trying to design a meal plan to know what you need and what nutrients you are getting. I like fitday.com and myfitnesspal but there are other free sites. There are great meal ideas on the skinnytaste.com website.

I totally agree with this! Track what you eat- including all the macronutrients. I've heard great things about myfitness pal!
Personally, I try to get in alot of protein throughout my day.
My menu today looked like this:
Breakfast: egg white omlette with peppers and onions, whole wheat toast
Lunch: 1/2 cup wild rice, 1/4 cup black beans, and 1/4 cup of cannellini beans. Small garden salad with fat free vingerette. 1 small clementine (to satisfy my sweet tooth!)
Snack: 1/2 cup cheerios, 1 banana
2nd snack: WW BBQ popchips (while they are only 90 calories they dont offer much nutrition. I just needed something to snack on while cooking!)
Dinner: Taco casserole made with lean ground beef, low fat cheese, low fat sour cream
I make sure to measure everything so I dont overeat.

Re: WW
We couldn't afford the meetings, either (DH and I are doing WW together), so we ordered the WW at home kit. Comes with everything you need for $100. Actually, I got ours on eBay for $70
