WW Activity Tracker/Stregnth Training

For those that use e tools and track your activity points, how do you calculate strength training?

I do 60 minutes cardio 4X per week + 25 mins of Strength training 4X per week.
For the cardio, I put moderate level but for strength training, how do I know what level it is?
I alternate one day arms and back and the next day legs and abs...

If you type in weigh lifting you get different options. It doesn't specify the body area but you can determine if you did it vigorously or not.

I would defintely say the most important part is determining the activity level (rather than which body part!). Generally for weight training, I tend to either end up at low or moderate (depending on the intensity). Its sometimes hard to figure it out after, so while I'm working out I'll try to take a mental note of how much I'm sweating, how out of breath I am, etc.

Yeah, me too. Although Im working muscles and burning cals, My heart rate is def not as fast as when Im doing cardio. Im going to leave it at low... this way I wont be using extra points that I dont really have!
Thanks girls!
