WW and Sushi - quick question
Does it make that much of a points difference if you get brown rice sushi as opposed to white rice sushi?

I think its the same, cause 1 cup of white or brown is 4pts.
So enjoy the white

Always pick brown over white. There are more nutrients. Alll the good stuff is taken out of white rice/pasta

Matter of preference I suppose. I've always been partial to brown rice
