WW core plan
I have been doing this WW gig for so long now it is getting me a little down. I lost a bunch of weight before I got married and since then, it has slowly been creeping back. I keep going to the meetings, though, b/c I know if I stop going, I will gain it all back, like in the past.
I had been about 10 pounds over my low point until I went on an all inclusive trip a few weeks ago. I gained a few more pounds while away. So, I decided this week to try the core plan (I have always done flex) and it was interesting.
I used most of my 35 points over the weekend, so all week I have been trying to only eat food from the list. I was sort of shocked to see how much my eating changed. I realized how much "2 pointing" I was doing to myself - 2 point snack here and there that wasn't fruit or protein, things that were mostly empty calories.
Not sure how the WI will go this week, but I think switching even for this week has made me more aware of how lax I had gotten with eating the healthy stuff and really planning my meals. If you are bored or frustrated on Flex, give core a try for a week or so, it might help get you back on track

Good luck! I hope you get great results this week! I agree...it's easy to get in a rut and eat the empty calorie foods after a while. I know the last time I was on WW I started doing that. I'm hoping this time I'll make better choices as time moves on. When's WI?

I lost 1.5

That's great!!! I'm going to have to keep this in mind as time goes on...I know I'll get too relaxed! What a great way to keep you on track!
