Basically, you write what you eat for each meal and how many points it is ...

Breakfast
Stop & Shop Cream of Farina (Brown Sugar Cinnamon) with 1/4 cup skim milk - 2.5 points
1 Cup Raspeberries - 1 point
1 Cup Coffee with 2 tbs skim milk - 0.5 points
total: 4 points

Mid-Morning Snack
2 cups whole Strawberries - 1 point
1 cup Celestial Seasonings Orange Spice Tea
total: 1 point

Lunch:
Lean Cusine Chicken with Peanut Sauce - 6 points

Mid-Afternoon Snack
1 Cup of coffee with 2 tbs skim milk - 0.5 points
total points: 0.5

Dinner:
haven't gotten that far yet, but it'll be chicken with brown rice and veggies, just not sure how I am making it or how many points it will be...
