WW daily points question
I'm not currently enrolled in WW. I can't until my DH finds a job but I have been doing WW at home on my own. I can't find my book from last year, but I was wondering if anyone can post the daily point intake according to your weight? I obviously can't do the new system since I'm not currently enrolled but I was wondering what it was from the old version. I still go by that even though my points were the same using the new method! Thanks!

Re: WW daily points question
I can figure out your points for you on the new system if you want me to. I actually don't know what the old points were either since I gave my old books away when I got the new ones. The new point system is based on your height, weight, age, activity level --- I can figure it out for you if you want, just FM me!
It does change ever y10 lbs as opposed to ever 25 so you'll have to re-figure it out once in a while, but just let me know and I can help you!
