Re: ww grocery list
I have no idea about weight watchers points but I'm a healthy eater and think you should stock up on these:
-water -eggs -hummus -applesauce -fresh vegetables (a variety- tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, celery, bell peppers, etc.) -fresh fruit (a variety- raspberries, blueberries, grapes, peaches, apples, oranges, bananas, etc.) -if you eat bread, go whole wheat or whole grain and do something like Arnold's sandwich thins. -nuts (a variety- almonds, peanuts, cashews) -lemon juice/lime juice (good for adding flavor to meals and water) -chicken broth (good as a substitute for oil) -lean proteins, usually chicken and turkey -cottage cheese -greek yogurt -oatmeal -quinoa -brown rice

Love edamame!! I can't believe I forgot beans! I also stock a lot of black beans and red beans, they are good to throw them into a lot of meals like chilis.

Re: ww grocery list
Snacks depends on what you like...I love cakes/brownies so I keep the fiber one 90 cal brownies in the house they are 2pts each. I also love ice cream so I get the WW snack cones which are also 2pts each. Also fruits, carrot sticks etc
Breads I use the WW one because I dont eat many sandwiches so even though its more $$ its less points for when I do want one. FOr Rolls I use the stop and shop whole wheat light (I think- its a clear bad with light blue trim) I think its 2pts per roll so thats good for a turkey or veggie burger or hot dog.

great list! i'd also add:
- kellog's protein cereal - weight control instant oatmeal specifically (i like the banana bread flavor - you can add a tbls of walnuts and some wheat germ) - whole wheat pasta - spaghetti squash - all natural peanut butter

Re: ww grocery list
I like high fiber oatmeal. Add a ybs of peanut butter and you're full all morning. 1% milk, greek yogurt, lots of fruits and veggies.
