WW Help!

Can anyone tell me how many points I should be having per day? is it 29?

Also could you share your daily food items so I could get a general idea of things I could eat and the points etc

I think I need to buy the calculator as going online to the WW website each time I need to check out how many points is in something is driving me batty.

Re: WW Help!

Are you an online member or do you go to meetings? The daily points target varies from person to person (based on height, gender, age, current weight). It can be anywhere from 29-71 points. If you are an online member once you put your weight in it should give you your points plus target. If you go to meetings when you weigh in on your sticker it should say your target

Re: WW Help!

Thank youChat Icon

I did grab some items that i regularly snack on and was Chat Icon at how many points they are so really really have to batten down the hatches if I want to succeed with this.

I work from home so I am steps away from food all day and have a broken ankle so no exercise for now so this will be hard but I have to do it as my clothes no longer fit and I am sick of myself looking like this.

Thank youChat Icon

PS anyone else want to share their daily intake food items.

PPS must get some chobani as they are filling and only 2 points so thats a good one.

Re: WW Help!

I get 34 pts. a day and this is what my day looks like usually M-F while I'm working:

Breakfast:
Light and Fit Yogurt 2pp
Banana 0pp

Mid-morning snack:
Special K bar 2pp
Some other piece of fruit 0pp

Lunch:
Stop n Shop whole wheat sandwich flat (I specify that brand because it's the only one I've found that's still 2pp Chat Icon ) with 2oz of turkey and mustard and lettuce and tomato- 3pp
baby carrots dipped in a wedge of laughing cow light cheese- 1pp
Something sweet, like a bag of craisins for 2pp or a sugar free pudding cup for 2 pp.

Afternoon snack:
Another piece of fruit 0pp
A 3pp snack, either the WW pretzel flats or 21 Special K crackers or 20 popchips or something like that

Dinner (I like a big dinner)
Tonight I had a turkey bacon blt that I made using a 2pp sandwich flat, three slices of turkey bacon for 1 point each plus lettuce and tomato and a little smear of light mayo for 6pp total
Then I had a big salad that ended up being 10pp because I put half an avocado (5pp) plus a packet of craisins (2pp) plus 1/4 cup of gorgonzola crumbles (3pp) and just plain old balsamic vinegar.

That leaves me 5 pp leftover for the day, which I'll either use for a skinny cow ice cream or I'll just let them go and have another piece of fruit.

Re: WW Help!

Other things I eat that might be helpful:

egg white omelet with one slice of 2% American cheese and some broccoli

toast on WW bread with a little olivio and smuckers low sugar jelly (which is just pureed fruit and 0pp for a tbsp!)

A banana with a tbsp of pb spread on it

an apple cut up with two slices of 2% American cheese on it (this is SOOO yummy!)

A delish salad with lettuce, 1/4 c glazed walnuts (4pp), 1/4 gorgonzola crumbles (3pp) cut up grapes and some FF balsamic vinegar dressing. This is by far my favorite dinner. If I have it, I'll add some grilled chicken.

Grilled chicken quesadillas with low points wraps, grilled chicken, WW shredded cheese and chopped spinach.

Snackwells makes new 100 or 130 calorie packed snacks for 3pp each. They're yummy.

Holy Guacamole makes 100 calorie packets of guacamole for 3pp. LOVE THESE!

Jolly Time popcorn mini bags are 3 pp.
