WW help: substitute and PP value for a meal

I found a recipe on Allrecipes.com that I'm going to make. According the N.I on the website each serving should be 16 PP (Which seems very high for a chicken breast recipe).

However I'm substiting: Fat Free Mayo instead of Full flavor. Brown rice instead of white. And 98%FF Cream of Chicken Soup instead of the full flavor. I'm not using real butter, but rather PAM butter spray.

Should I just individually calculate the points for each item?

For reference this is the recipe

I feel like with all those substitutions, one serving shouldn't be 16 PP. It just seems very high. ANy thoughts?

Do you have etools? Run it through the recipe builder.

If not, add up ALL of the nutritionals for ALL of the ingredients, figure out TOTAL PP value, and then divide by number of servings.

I don't have etools. I never bothered getting it since I'm lifetime.

Its hard because I dont have the N.I for the chicken breasts- I just know the points!!

Those substitutions will lower the points a lot, maybe down to 10 or 8??

That recipe does look good!

I plugged it into the recipe builder, using your substitutions, and not including the pecans.

It is 13 Points Plus, but that includes a whole cup of rice per serving.

It's probably the pecans and the honey-but that sounds DELICIOUS!
