WW ? how many pts in a zone bar?
I'm staring at DH's box of zone bars and I cant find a comparable listing on weight watchers. I have around 8-10 pts left (I'm still breastfeeding, so my pts allowance varies depending on how much I nurse).
Can I have one. . . PLEASE?????

do you have a points slider? you can figure it out using that
if not, post the dietary fiber, calories and fat and i'll figure it out using my points slider

I'm coming up with 4.6 points for the Zone Perfect All-Natural Nutrition Bar, Fudge Graham .
Nutritional Value from a website is
210 - calories
7.0 - fat
1 - fiber
If you're looking for good snacks, I usually have the Fiber One Oats & Chocolate Bar for 2.3 points (140 Cal, 4 Fat, 9 Fiber)

thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it actually is the zone fudge graham bar - I held off last night and snacked on fruit (soooooo not the same thing as chocolate) but now I can have this today!!!!!!!!
