WW just does not work for me
Atkins Induction starts tomorrow. I feel I can do much better leaving out carbs and sugar, than I can with WW, and I stick to Atkins better than I do WW.
At least I tried, right?

I have done WW forever and I recently started working with a nutritionst that put me on a low carb restricted diet - and I have lost 15 lbs......and I drink lots of red wine and I don't feel deprived .
Weight Watchers is a good foundation for learning about nutrition, but I agree that cutting out sugars makes all the difference.

I did Atkins induction to jump start my weight loss and to get myself adjusted to eating small portions again. Ultimately, for long term results, I need to learn how to eat what I want in small quantities.
For me, atkins was just too restrictive.
I really liked atkins because I was never hungry.
Ultimately you have to find what works for you!

Me too. I am a raving lunatic on WW since I basically feel like I am starving to death and obsess about food 24/7.  I am actually starting back on atkins on Sunday.
