WW ladies
What do you usually eat for breakfast?
I've either been eating oatmeal or egg whites and a light english muffin. But I'm getting bored. I want to try and avoid cereal.
Also, how many carbs do you eat in a day? I aways stay within my point limit, but I feel like I'm eating way to many carbs each day.

I like Kashi waffles - 2 are 3 points. I eat a lot of egg whites too, so I am not much help otherwise although I do try to vary how I prepare them so I don't get too bored - I add different veggies, cheese, and I do eat whole eggs a few times a week too. As for carbs, although I do the flex program I try to watch it and get most of my points from Core foods but I couldn't really tell you how many carbs I typically eat. I do try to eat the bulk of my carbs before 3 pm. Oh, and if you get bored of the light english muffins you can try Arnold's Sandwich Rounds - 1 point each and I really like them!

I too have no idea what my carb count is. My typical breakfast is either:
3/4 cup Special K Protein Plus (10g of protein!!!) with 2/3 or 1 cup skim milk
Instant oatmeal packets from TJ - Apples and Cinnamon are 2 pts each
Egg whites or whole eggs. My favorite way to eat them is to make an omelet with sauteed onions and 1 slice of Canadian bacon. I pretty much eat eggs every day unless I am too lazy to cook in the morning.
I used to love eating egg sammies a lot. 2 egg whites, 1 light stop and shop bagel, 1 slice of 2% american cheese = 2.5 pts
After I eat any of the above I normally have a piece of fruit 1 to 2 hours after.
You can also try fruit salad with yogurt. You can make your own little parfait with granola - yum!

ww egg and cheese sandwiches (4 pts) TJ blueberry oatmeal (3pts) vitamuffin (1pt) with some fruit - the chocolate vitamuffins are sooooooooooooooo good.

My standard has been a Light Multi-Grain English Muffin with a quarter cup of egg beaters and a dollop of ketchup. It's a whopping 2 points. If I am treating myself I will stop at Starbucks and grab a grande Vanilla Latte with an extra shot of expresso (1.5 pts). Yesterday I had a small banana, a half Tbsp of Peanut Butter and a glass of skim milk (4.5 points).

I do a light english muffin with one wedge of the light laughing cow cheese and my coffee when I get to the office. I usually have an apple sauce about an hour later.

my new fav is a ww whole grain english muffin, 2 tsp of reduced fat peanut butter, and half of a banana sliced ontop.. YUMMMMM
Sometimes I'll have fat free eggo waffles and light syrup

Sometimes I'll have yogurt and fruit or yogurt and an english muffin...or english muffin PB&J or veggie sausage with cheese on an english muffin...(one point english muffins, btw...)
