WW ladies come on in!
I started ww about a month ago. I have lost about four pounds. I went up .4 one week due to AF and this week maintained. I think my weigh in day (Tuesdays) are throwing me off from the weekend. When I am home & weigh myself on a Thursday or Friday I see a bigger loss. This is so freakin frustrating! This is the point when I want to throw in the towel. I do need to step up the excersise & water intake. Anyone in the same boat? Thanks! Oh and a loss is a loss I don't want to sound like I am complaining I just maybe I should change my weigh in day.

Re: WW ladies come on in!
Tuesday is my weigh in day also. I totally get what you mean about your weekend throwing off your weigh ins. I've had that happen many times. But it really should start balancing out for you. I've lost over 80 pounds with Tuesday as my weigh in day. There have been weeks that have been very frustrating because on Tuesday I would be up from stuff I ate and drank over the weekend and then on Thursday when I weighed myself I would be down 2-3 pounds. But that change is reflected in my next week weigh in. If you are down on Thursday and Friday and then not losing that much by the time your weigh in comes then it probably means you are going way over points on the weekend. It's ok for it to happen every now and then but weekly is not a good thing. Try scaling back what you eat and drink on the weekend because I think you might be overdoing it a little too much. For me it's also helped that I use Tuesday as my cheat day. I get a lot of cravings out that way and then stay focused for the rest of the week. Good luck!
