WW Ladies- Yogurt?
I love greek yogurt- my fave is plain with honey and strawberries, but mostly I eat the 0% Chobani Flavored ones.
They are 4 points each- seems like alot for a yogurt.
What kind of yogurt do you eat?

I love Chobani and usually eat that too...I did notice that each flavor is actually different.... for instance...the blueberry is 3pts, but the pomogranate is 4pts.... so maybe try pointing out each flavor and just choose from the 3pt ones.

I get the big tub of Chobani Greek yogurt. When I portion out half a cup of vanilla its 2 pts.

Chobani and all the ones I eat are 3 pts. I have a lot of WW yogurts at home too.

i love the yoplait greek vanilla with honey- i think it is only 3 pts+ and it is the same amount as the chobani...

Also the Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt- the VERY small one (I think its 4 oz) is only one point! I put strawberries in it and its so good and filling!

the 80 calorie light and fit yogurts are 2 points (the ones I've had anyways), they come in great flavors and if I combine it with some fruit then its a 2 pt breakfast or snack!
