WW ladies..what do you eat for lunch???
Please please tell me what you have for lunch!!!
I suffer with this meal the most..and most times wind up skipping it and then I am starving by dinner and thats where I fall off the wagon!!
I am a SAHM so I guess I can really make anything but I am too lazy to prepare. What do you guys eat for lunch on ww? (I do not like the ww meals by the way!)

Most favorite WW lunch for me is: Tomato & Muenster Cheese Sandwich 5 pts 2 slices of WW Rye bread 1pt 2 Slices of Muenster Cheese 4pt Sliced Tomato 0 pt Toast in toaster over till cheese is bubbling..top with some parsley.. yummmm
PS: if you have extra pt available spread some low cal mayo (1 TBS - 1pt) on bread first then top with tomato and cheese..
PSS: Boars head makes buffalo chicken - 2 oz is 1 pt thats like 3 slices...its yummy and not dry

Sometimes I'll have a lean cusine and salad.
Or 2oz turkey on WW bread with 1 slice of cheese and a tsp of light ranch dressing
I know theres more, but I am drawing a blank

I am off sandwiches lately, so I will alternate between a low sodium soup and salad made with some dried fruit, nuts, and veggies or I'll have dumplings from trader joes with the same salad and a piece of fruit for dessert...hope this helps..i find it's fast and filling, since i make it while im at work
another option is some leftovers from the night before or a concoction made from leftovers...another one is a one point wrap with some cheese and chicken or cheese and tomato or turkey pepperoni with cheese and some sauce on the side
or..there are sandwiches, which I am sometimes in the mood for...

The past week I have had 'real' pizza and weight watcher lunches. snack before lunch have been the 100 calorie crackers. It's been working.

i usually eat my dinner leftovers for lunch. it works well b/c i prepare the dinners according to WW points. when i make dinner, i prepare an extra serving (maybe a little smaller if it's a higher point dinner). my most common leftovers are pasta or chicken.
i switch it up with salad, soup or an occassional WW frozen meal.

turkey and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato and a pickle (7 points)
1/2 cup blueberries (1 point)
baby carrots (0 points)
100 cal pack of chips ahoy (2points)
sugar free pudding pack (1 point)
I get 20 points for the day but I go to the gym for high intensity work out for 90 Minutes and I earn 9 points :)

I usually eat Salad. I started making my own 0-pt dressings (like cucumber mint jalapeno, artichoke, citrus, etc.). Or, I will make a "salad pita" where I have the salad in the WW pita just to change it up. I usually use lettuce, tomatoe, onion, cucumber, sometimes celery, peppers, etc. I add a veggie burger and you chop up all the salad stuff real small and you have a nice pita, you can even put the dressing in. It's just 2 pts for the pita (or 1, I don't remember), then whatever for the veggie burger, depending on the brand. Sometimes I do all of the above but instead of the veggie burger, I do tuna or salmon.
A lot of times for my salad, I have lettuce, beets, onion, craisins and 1 oz goat cheese, with FF Italian dressing or FF raspberry dressing. that salad is 7 pts.
Another good salad is: lettuce, orange or grapefruit, fennell, onions, tomatoe, cucumbers. for the dressing, 2 tbsp EVOO, orange zest, mustard (sounds weird, but it's so good). I forget how many pts that is but I got the recipe from a WW cook book and i LOVE it!
Sometimes I'll add a soup. I used to have the WW ones, but I stopped that and started making my own. My new fave is carrott sweet potato and I just puree steamed carrotts, sweet potato and Red. Fat. low sod chicken stock and water until it's a consistancy I want. I also add some seasonings, depending on my mood. I make a pot on Sunday and have it two or three times a week with my lunch. This week I plan on making a veggie soup using steamed veggies (I almost always use frozen in the steam bag cause it's so quick!) and veg broth.

SURE!
My fave is cucumber jalapeno. I just put the cucumber in the food procesor (I used the big ones), add one one jalapeno and a little bit of mint. Chop it all in the processor until it's a watery but thick consistancy. Then I put it in a tupperware and I don't even have to measure how much I use.
Another is carrott ginger. I just use a bunch of baby carrotts that I steamed in one of those ziploc steam bags. Then I add a little fresh ginger. I add water to this and put it in the food processor until it's a little watery. You can put as much or as little ginger as you like, I happen to like a lot.
For the artichoke, I just put a 1/2 can of artichokes (canned, packed in water NOT oil), salt, pepper, onion and garlic all in the food processor (I love my processor ) and again, until it's a consistancy you are comfy with (I like mine a little watery but not too much).

haven't tried this yet but excited to do so this week. I'm doing core:
sandwich (WW whole wheat bread) toasted with avocado and FF mozz.
1point for the whole thing. maybe some carrot sticks on the side.
today i made core meatsauce and i'm having it over ww pasta.

A lot of times I'll buy the progresso classics soup and split it in two. I'll bring one cup of the soup (usually around 2 points) and a 2 pt sandwich. Today I had Arnold's lite whole wheat bread and the oscar mayer ultra thin ham.
