WW Lifetime members- ?

If you are weighing in once a month at WW, are you weighing in at home every wk?

I do- I still weigh myself every thurs in am, like I would of WW and record it in etools.

I had a big weight loss from last wk to this week, so Im wondering how accurate it is.
Its a WW scale and I also weigh in bu tt naked

I weigh in at home as well. Sometimes I might have a big loss but its usually because I'm very active that week. Since I lost so much weight already its very unlikely I'm going to be having any more significant weight losses within a one week period. You may have just dropped alot of water weight.

I still try my best to go every week. It's what keeps me on track. Granted I HAVE to weigh in once a month to continue working for them, but weekly is what really keeps my head in the game.

oh, just wanted to add.

I weighed in and AF was in town, later that day so
I dont think it was water weight.

so im happy with that weigh in.
