WW online - really worth it?
I just cannot go to meetings, etc.. I am watching DS. That's just not feasable.
I was looking at WW online but I could see is a bunch of tools to monitor your progress.
What are the incentive/advantages to do WW online vs. keeping track of your progress on your own?

Re: WW online - really worth it?
I do WW online because I know I won't go to meetings. I also know many people who are tracking on their own. First, they don't always calculate the points correctly. I think having the toosl to calculate the points and their food database is very handy. I find it especially useful when I am changing the serving size because the points are not always staright forward. For example, when having 2 servings of something, the points don't always just double. I also need the online tools to calculate activity points.
I also really like the recipe builder. This is something I just started using and it is wonderful! I never realized hwo many points were in some of the things I make.
The chat boards can be useful as well. I don't use them, but I know there's a lot of useful conversations to be had.
I also like browsing the WW recipes and meal ideas when I'm getting bored with eating the same things.
Those are just some of my thoughts. I'm sure others can share other benefits to the online tools. Ultimately, you have to do what works for you. I just know I don't take it as seriously when I don't have the accountability to enter my weights, can see them easily, and have to track my food. I feel like I'm answering to someone like those do who go to meetings. That's what helps me stick with it.
