I can't remember how this works - How do my points get recalculated? Will it tell me to recalculate when I enter my weight, or do I need to manually decide to do it? I would assume after a certain weight loss they would tell me to recalculate because if it's up to me, I'm not going to want to.

If you've been entering your weight every week the program automatically recalculates as you lose.

You mean recalculate your points? You need to retake your personal points quiz found in your profile every time you hit a new "decade" like if you go from 170s to the 160s.
