ww out to eat lunch
What do u ladies eat when you're out for lunch? Like at panera specifically? Or diner?

Panera I would look up the points+ values online. I've tried to eat there but everything is so many points!!
Diner is much easier. You can do egg white omelette with veggies and whole wheat toast.
grilled chicken and veggies
salad with grilled chicken
chicken noodle soup

Now that I am in full on competition prep it is really difficult for me to go out to eat since I need to have very calculated meals. I have found that you can go anywhere and get a plain salad and some grilled chicken. Ask for your chicken to be grilled without butter or oil and you can estimate on the salad! Dressing on the side or just get vinegar and oil.
Also, I have been asking for steamed veggies and grilled chicken without oil or butter. No harm in asking for things to be prepared the way you'd like them!

If I get Italian I get whole wheat pasta with grilled chicken or shrimp.

see i found panera a big part of my WW lunches...but i am boring. i always got the chicken noodle, black bean or veggie soup. i also got a 1/2 meditterranean veg. sandwich with NO pesto dressing just a little feta, salt and pepper.
