Yes, it is the ONLY way I can be successful and keep off the weight I lose. I have learned this after gaining back all of the weight I lost having to lose it all over again- more than once.

Yes, it is the ONLY way I can be successful and keep off the weight I lose. I have learned this after gaining back all of the weight I lost having to lose it all over again- more than once.
That's what has been happening to me. I'm always more successful when I go to the acutal meetings vs. online.
It's just STICKING to it.

I used to but stopped. I just go every few weeks to weigh in. The last meeting I went to I was totally uncomforatble at (and felt bad for the leader). There was this extremely obese woman there who was making inappropriate comments and at one point singled me out and said that I didn't belong there because I was too thin and couldn't relate.

I do, but I spent time finding a meeting and a leader I liked. If I don't like the leader or the group, I found it doesn't really help.

I agree, I went to different meetings and found a leader that is great! I find that going to the meetings does help me.

I agree, I went to different meetings and found a leader that is great! I find that going to the meetings does help me.
Absolutely! I was lucky to find one of the most amazing leaders right off of the bat. Her meetings pack out!
