WW points
I never joined WW but I was going through a box of old books and I came across the points book that a friend gave me a while back. I think that will be a great way for me cut back and keep track of what I am eating and help me lose a little. Is there anyway I could figure out hiw many points I would be allocated without joining WW?

Re: WW points
The # of points is based on your current weight. If you do a search on here, I know the ranges have been posted before.
You also need to follow nutritional guidelines and have each day: at least 2 dairy servings at least 5 servings vegetables/fruits 6-8 glasses of water 2 tsp of healthy oil a balance of protein/veggies & fruit/carbs

Re: WW points
You could do the core progam. It is way less counting and I have been pretty successful on it.

Re: WW points
Can I get info on the core program without joining. I dont mind counting the points but when I looked in the book it said I should eat only 20 points and to me that seemed like starvation. Anyone also on 20 and could show me a sample of their menu? TIA
