Anyone know how many calories a point is?
Is it 50?

The equation is (Calories/50) + (Fat/12) + (Fiber/5) = Food Points

I was just curious because I went to a nutritionist last night and she gave me a set # of calories to eat daily. I was curious if it was comparable to the number of points I had on WW (in terms of calories)
