32 points a day. I ate 25 and felt satisfied all day.

Anyway, wanted to see what the general population says.

Thx.

Re: WW Poll.

I started 7 weeks ago. I get 26 points a day and I was nervous at 1st b/c it didnt sound like alot but my body got use to it prety fast and I am pretty happy with that. I am usally satisfed, not hungry at the end of the day. However I do splurge a little on the weekends (after i weigh in ;) of cause lol)
So far i have lost 17.6 pounds.

Re: WW Poll.

It works for me. I am not looking to lose a TON of weight. Wanted to get rid of the last pesky pregnancy pounds and I did Chat Icon Now I am looking to lose 10-13 more. For me it is a slow lose BUT I basically eat what I want with some restrictions...I don't really follow it TO THE LETTER but for me it is a very good guide and I am able to lose @ 1 pound a week on average.

o no that stinks. You shouldnt be that hungry. Do you eat fruit at all? Im sure you know that there 0pts and a good filler. I try have to a apple or bananna once a day. I also keep fruit salad in the fridge so if i get the urge to snack i can pick some strawberries or such out of that Or you could try maybe adding a simple salad to your lunch too that may help holding you over longer. Light Balsamic drssing is only 1 pt and lettuce n carrots are 0.
I hope i helped you a little you realy shouldnt be that hungry but if you are maybe WW just isnt the right method for you. :(

How long have you been doing it for? Maybe ou just aren't used to smaller portion sizes? Look up 0 point foods and stock up on what you like so you have munchies.

Re: WW Poll.

Every time I did WW (3 so far) it worked.

The most i've lost on it was 12 pounds. Goal was 20. I couldn't get over 12 though. I was happy there anyway!

Each time I started, I felt hungry for the first week. STARVING to be exact. But eventually that passed and I found myself struggling to eat all my points some days.

It really does work. You just have to stick with it. I find it hard as a lifestyle personally. But I know people who follow it for years and are very happy.
