WW Question...
I started WW online last Thursday and it said that my total number of points daily was 19, plus the additional 35 flex points. The online program automatically reset today (Monday) and had me "weigh in" online (I'm very limited in time to do it in person, thus the reason I am doing everything via computer). I only lost a pound so far because again, it hasn't even been a week. It reset my target daily points for 18 instead of 19 though . I'm confused because this has never happened before, and I can't imagine eating even LESS than 19 points - that's barely any calories and I can't live off that (I know I can use the flex points but I still try not to use them all because I haven't had much success with that in the past). Just wondering if there's something I'm missing here or if this is standard procedure. I want to lose weight but I want to do it gradually and not starve myself.

Re: WW Question...
i am down to 18 points a day also. it is hard, but the 35 flex points really help. when you lost the 1lb, did you drop down to a new "decade"? (as my leader calls it). ie- going from 130 to 129. when you lose enough to drop a 'decade' you minus 1 point per week.

Re: WW Question...
Thank you! I guess that's what happened. It kinda stinks because I thought I'd be able to eat the same or a little more with weight loss, not less . But whatever it takes I'll do...I'm determined to lose at least another "decade" or two!
