WW question
I am confused about how to calculate the points for my lunch today. I had whole wheat spaghetti. It has 6 g of fiber, 180 calories & 1 g of fat for a 2 oz. serving. So that would make it 3 pts per serving. If I had 1 cup (8 ounces), does that mean my lunch was 12 pts? I am so confused!

Re: WW question
no it doesn't. the 2oz is precooked which usually is about 1/2 a cup cooked. HTH

Re: WW question
Hollie, WW online lists a cup of whole wheat spaghetti - COOKED is 3pts.
eta: I put 8oz in my tracker and it came out to 5 points.

Re: WW question
Thanks ladies! I had to use a metric converter to figure out the ounces. I measured out one cooked up. I feel much better that my lunch wasn't 12 pts!

Re: WW question
The one cup cooked is 8 oz. in volume, the 2 oz. uncooked is weight. If you had a cup of cooked pasta, count it as the 3 pts.
