WW Shake?
What is this? I heard some lady on the train last night talking about a 1 pt WW shake. Anyone have a reciepe?

What I found
2 Point Shake
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free pudding mix - any flavor
1 tablespoon Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ice cubes
Put all into a blender and process until smooth and thick.
Serves 1 - 2 WW points

Yup, but the recipe I gave you sounds alot yummier than a plain ole strawberry or vanilla shake!

here is another one
Strawberry-Orange Yogurt Shake
1 POINT
per serving
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries
1 cup skim milk
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
8 ice cubes
Instructions:
In a blender puree the strawberries, milk, yogurt and orange juice. Add the ice and blend until the ice is coarsely chopped. Serve in chilled glasses.

So i tried this over the weekend...it was good! A little sweet, but I think the next time I make it I might leave the vanilla extract out....
