I forgot to post last week so last week down 0.2
This past Saturday WI down 1.4
total lost since 1/9/06: 34.00 lbs.
It's been slow but as long as it's coming off and not coming on I am happy

I am back on the WW wagon. I rejoined meetings last Wednesday because doing it on my own just wasn't working out.
Anyhow I lost 3.4 this week. I was hoping for more but I'll take it.

I lost the same amount last week after my first week at WW. This week I only lost 1.8 but it's better than nothing.

Down 1.6 but I think I am going to stop going to meetings. I really don't find my group to be helpful...They often look to me for advice because I have lost the most in the 7 weeks I have been there, and I feel like I am there to GET advice, not give it. 
Anyway, 4 lbs. away from goal!

Mine's at work too! So I signed up for the 10 weeks and I don't think I will do it again. I may try the online, but I feel like now that I have the tools I can do it myself. Congrats to you too!

I give you girls credit because I would not go to meetings at work.
I go to a WW location for my meetings and I get so much out of them really. It is well worth the time.

OMG I did the same thing. I have set my goal to 20, but they have set it to 16. Our last meeting is in 3 weeks, so I am stepping up my workouts to heopfully reach my goal.
I will definitely not renew at work.

I went for my weigh in yesterday evening and lost 1.2lbs. Woohoo!!!! So now I lost a total of 7.4lbs for the first month. I am so happy.

Great WI!!!
This week I gained... 0.6. This week was TOM & I totally went off plan. I'm actually very surprised I didn't gain more, so needless to say I'm happy with only a 0.6 gain.
Back on track though. I love seeing the losses!!! Everyone is doing sooo good!
Beth you should look into doing it online. I love it. I found the meetings very discouraging believe it or not. I prefer online and being on those boards..it's 24/7 support.
