WW: What do you really count as zero points?
Some vegetable have points, some don't.
Fiber One is .4 pts for a 1/2 cup.
What are other very low point items that you like?

I lost my point calculator thing but I'm pretty sure a cup of popcorn, no butter is only one point. Cucumbers are no points, same for bell peppers if I remember correctly.

Re: WW: What do you really count as zero points?
I always counted salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) and fat free Italian dressing as 0 points. I lost 30 pounds in 6 months on ww and ate that everyday with my lunch.

That's what I thought until I noticed it says 1/2 cup serving.

I'm tracking my points on-line and when I enter basically any veggie, it comes up zero points for a whole cup.

Me, too. Cukes, carrots, tomatoes, string beans. The only one I can remember of the top of my head that is 1 pt for a whole cup is snap peas.

I think so, but I always eat over a serving of whatever the vegetable is. Like today I took baby carrots, and I weighed out 5 oz. so that's .5 pts. Not a lot but I feel like since I use all my flex points every week, if I pick up extra points here and there for vegetables I should be counting it'll add up.
I don't know, that's just how I do it personally. I weigh and measure it out and then put it on the etools unless it's lettuce.
