WW'ers - What is your Easter game plan?
This was the topic at my meeting this morning. So what is your game plan? Do you have an idea in your head of what you are going to eat? My family is going out for Italian and I just plan on having one glass of wine, no bread and something I can count like manicotti or lasagna and a nice big salad. Sounds good let's see if I can stick to it.

Well, for my family, Easter = seven course Italian meal. Unfortunately for me, I enjoy all seven courses. I am thinking I am going to just watch myself and try to pay attention to when I am getting full.
We shall see.....

Re: WW'ers - What is your Easter game plan?
OOOhhhh...good idea, Kim! I have a plan. My mom is making lasagne and ham. I was thinking of having the lasagne, but with all the cheese and everything, I decided that I'd rather go the ham route.
In the morning, I will allow myself three hard boiled egg whites with horseradish and one piece of polish rye bread, no butter. I'll have a 3 oz piece of kielbasa and 1/2 cup of sourkraut.
I bring my scale with me, I know, I'm really terrible. I'll have 2 oz of ham. 1c mashed potatoes, WITHOUT the marshmallows on them , and the rest of my plate will be veggies.
Then, I am living on the edge and allowing myself one pice of bunny cake that my sister is making, which I will measure by using a small desert plate and won't let it be larger than 1/2 the plate.
I just can't afford, at this point, to NOT pay attention. I am in the zone and I don't want to break my good habits.
Good luck everyone. I know I need it!

Re: WW'ers - What is your Easter game plan?
Thankfully, we're hosting Easter so I can really plan accordingly.
I made a few side dishes from a Weight Watchers cookbook, and will have a little bit of everything.
I'm also going to go to the gym in the morning

Steph you are SO hard core girl!!! No wonder you are doing so incredible!!!!
I am going to my MIL's today (my family is coming as well ) She's making a traditional german meal Rolladen - YUM!
My plan is to enjoy a little bit of everything and stop when I'm full. Just employing the core mentality although I won't be eating core foods.
Oh and I made THE BOMB carrot cake with an amazing cream cheese frosting and I will be having a slice of that.
I am splurging a bit today
