WW'ers Crock Pot Recipes - I have them - Who wants them???

Hi All,

I have been doing weight watchers forever. Recently I started working with a nutritionist to tailor my diet a little bit, but I still follow the general WW idea. In any event, I have a FABULOUS crock pot recipe book that I would be happy to email to anyone who wants it. You can either post your email address here or FM me. I will email it to you. It is a PDF file that is probably about 200 pages, complete with TONS of recipes, all with points values.....

Someone on the weightwatchers.com board created it and sent it to me. I have actually brought it to WW'ers meetings and the leaders have all wanted copies. It's really an amazing collection.
