oh cool! i didn't even noticed!
they have "sold price" on the properties. wonder if they are really the price that was sold at or the listed price.

Cool, I can look at this all day!
qtdimps... I thought it wasn't working at first either, but you have to zoom in... it's probably saying there are too many to display.

I was at it for quite a while too. What seemed to work for me was to put in an exact address. Number of a home - street address - zip code.... then the homes sold in that area came up. When I just put in a street name no number it kept saying too many homes to list....

I can tell you this much, it does not list all the homes bc my parents was a MLSLI house & it sold in August 07 & it does not come up

wow, i could spend hours on this site. it seems to be thorough and accurate on recent sales. it was interesting to see what many houses we looked at sold for. it's recent too, i just saw a listing sold on July 3, 2008.

This is for homes that were listed on the mls service either by realtors or for sale by owners using the mls service to help sell their home. If it was a for sale by owner only...No... or sold to a family member...No... Hope this helps

ok, no matter what I do this isn't working for me! 
I've tried entering an exact address and zip code, I've tried just a town, I've tried using the more options thing to narrow down the price...
any tips?
It just says "searching" but after a minute at the bottom of my browser screen where it tells you the status it says "done" like it's not really searching anymore
I've even tried it on other computers/networks that are faster than mine

Wow this is so cool. It worked because DH's grandfather's house is on it. All you have to do is put the zip code in and zoom away.
