Just heard about this site on Channel 7 news's business report. People go on and list the cheapest and most inexpensive places to buy gas.

As of 6:50 this morning the Mobile in East Meadow (Hempstead Trpk and Rt 106) and Hempstead Amoco at Holly Ave. had the lowest prices at $2.59.

I just paid $2.67 at Roslyn Bp @ 145 Roslyn Rd in Roslyn heights
On my way to work this morning, I saw that Exxon in Merrick on Merrick road was charging $3.19 for 87 unleaded

Found one on my corner at $2.69 still...going to fill up now...
It looks like the GULF and CITGO stations have kept their prices all below $2.80 all around me....

I think Gulf and Citgo tend to be on the lower end normally.
Good luck to everyone.
Oh, and check your tire pressure it can increase gas milage buy as much as 5-7%. Radials can be very low and not look flat.

The gas station closest to where I work has been $3.00 for regular all summer. I don't even want to see what it's up to now!

Just an FYI gas prices are supossed to be higher tonight & tomorrow .50 higher per gallon!

Oh My.... My dad has a Ford F250 & my mom was telling me that he spends about $350-$400 monthly on gas!!! I'd be broke!

I got gas 4 days ago for $2.67. Today, that same place is $3.49. Almost a whole dollar more

gas was 3.59 on 25 in coram on the way home today and get this there was a lne 2 blocks long wiating to get gas - you have to be kidding me.
i paid 2.43 only 2 days ago
