WWYD - Crib Recall
I just got notified that my crib (Mother Hubbard Enchantment Line) has been recalled because the side is too low.
Logan's 18 months now and hasn't shown any signs of trying to get out of the crib yet (except for one failed attempt to get his legs out when blue bear was thrown out once).
The hassle of trying to return it and get a new one seems like a lot for something he's only going to use for another 6 months or so.
So would you return it or just keep it?

I'd keep it if that was the recall reason.

Re: WWYD - Crib Recall
i have seen you post about whether or not to have another child, if you are still undecided i'd probably get a new one, but maybe you can hold off a bit. Maybe til he is ready for a toddler bed anyway.
That actually happened to me....I found out DS' crib was recalled when I was online looking up whether or not the company sold bed rails for the change to a day bed. I held off on the return by a month or 2 and took it apart after I had gotten the toddler bed.
They certainly don't make it easy though.

If we did, I would get a new nursery set.
This crib converts to a toddler bed.
And no, they don't make it easy.
I basically have to take it apart and ship it back myself and wait for a new one to come.
Where the hell is he supposed to sleep while I'm waiting??????

VERY annoying- but could he sleep in a pack in play? That is where we put DD when company takes over her room.

Then in that case I would definately keep it.
Yeah, I had to take the hardware off the part that held up the mattress so exactly, where do they sleep !!! They mustn't have anyone of authority there that has kids.......
