WWYD? placed an order and got a refund instead of shipping label to return back

I bought an item online. The package had been opened but resealed. I called customer service and they sent me a shipping label to return the item. They placed a replacement order for free. Same thing. It also came from a return center and had been opened and repackaged.

Called again customer service. They appologized and I asked for another label.

But instead of sending me a label they emailed and refunded my entire order.



So what do I do? Do I assume they are tired of me and just decided to refund me all together and I keep the items? Assume I am just supposed to keep the items?

I'd call one more time then drop it. You are willing to send it back but they don't need to make it a full time job for you.
