WWYD? Play date and the weather?
The weather today is making me nervous.
DD is at camp right now until 12:30. We are supposed to go to my cousin's house for a get together around 1:30.
We are in Huntington, she is in brookville.
I'm nervous leaving my house unattended. There are a lot of big trees near my house. I'm nervous losing power, the dog will be home alone. And ofcourse I'm nervous to be driving in these conditions.
My cousin is very laid back and has a "take it as it comes" approach.
I also feed bad canceling because this is about the tenth time trying to get together.

Cancel nly if it's really bad when time to leave. If you have big trees around the house, better off not being there! If you are worried you shoud pick up your ds now before the bad weather hits

the middle of the afternoon is supposed to be clear. later in the afternoon it may get bad. go early and leave before dinner.
