WWYD re: playdate and stomach virus
DD had a stomach virus yesterday and appears to be fine today. She is eating light though.
We have a playdate scheduled for later today. WWYD - Would you tell the mom what's been going on and let her decide OR would you just proceed since she seems fine today??

I knew it!!! BUT now who will tell my DD?!? 
The first question she asked when she got sick yesterday was if she can still have the playdate.

Honestly, I wouldn't allow anyone to come to my house if my DC had the stomach bug the day before. I would give it at least one more day before gtg with anyone to make sure she is really back to normal - it is usually 24 hours of them feeling completely better - so she might still be contagious.
I would cancel and maybe see if you can reschedule for later in the week like Thursday? I would be upset if I went over for a playdate and found out that the child had been vomiting the day before.

A stomach virus is still contagious up to 3 days after having it....

ITA! Stomach viruses are highly contagious.

I'd reschedule! The stomach virus hit our house a few months ago.
DD had it Friday. I didn't get it until Sunday night. DS got it Monday and DH got it Wednesday.
