Re: Maltipoos
wouldnt a picture of grooming ANY dog suffice? it will be hard to get a picture of a "maltipoo" since it isnt a real breed. if i were you i would look for pics of poodles or malteses being groomed.

Re: Maltipoos
a pic of any dog won't suffice - different breeds of dogs have different types of hair. my maltipoo has hair that is wavier than a maltese, but straighter than a poodle. i've googled images and while there are many pics of maltipoos, i haven't found a look that i think will suit her yet.. so i'm wondering if anyone else out there has suggestions on what to ask for at the groomer.. thx

i am just saying that you shouldnt demand ONLY pictures of "maltipoos" being groomed.
most breeds for the most part all get the same cut, so it shouldnt matter what breed is in the picture.
like i said, if you only want pics of "malitpoos" chances are slim as it is not a breed and most ppl dont have them

I've never seen special cuts for any of these types of dogs. We had a poodle growing up and we always just kept him in what was called a puppy-cut. Nothing fancy, but it looked nice and neat. I had a friend who had the same cut for her maltese as well. In fact, our neighbor had a bichon and kept her in a puppy-cut as well.
Do you have pics of what cuts you've done so far? (this is my cheap attempt at seeing how cute your dog is)

thanks for your suggestion- i have been sticking with puppy cuts and experimenting with different lengths. every groomer does them differently! sometimes her ears are left fluffy, sometimes cut a lot.
sorry i'm not going to post a picture because i'm not looking to be further insulted by others, i'm really just looking for advice. i hope you understand. thanks for your help!
