Yes. The family I worm for ( dog wallet lol) sold their townhouse in like 8 mnths on their own! Even turning down 2 offers. Its not easy & they were going to throw in the towel before the last open house ( which you'd run yourselves). Lili bit more stress & commitment but its poss & saves big bucks ..good luck.
