I would think so. There are always lawsuits against drug companies and in this case their product failed so I would think people could sue.
Ugh- this is so disturbing!

I would think so. There are always lawsuits against drug companies and in this case their product failed so I would think people could sue.

The religious/pro-life websites are all over this. It's the second time in, what 6 months? I'm generally not into conspiracy theories at all, but it makes me wonder if someone isn't doing it on purpose to try to show the dangers of BC, or how it's "ineffective"

that's a sick thought.
I really hope it's not true, but this has been happening a lot lately and given the political climate we live in. I mean if people would bomb abortion centers and murder doctors, why not get a high level position at a factory and tamper with drugs?

I cannot help but keep thinking about all the poor women on mandatory bc due to medication that can cause birth defects like accutane, thats horrible that u can try to protect yourself and it turns out you didn''t.

Not trying to excuse ineffective birth control pills being dispensed, but just pointing out . . . I took accutane and was instructed to use 2 forms of birth control, just in case. Hopefully anyone on drugs like this would be following those instructions since nothing can be trusted 100%!
